By using AYSHA COUTURE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use AYSHA COUTURE.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

3. Product Information and Pricing

  • AYSHA COUTURE strives to provide accurate, up-to-date product and pricing information but does not guarantee its accuracy.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Certain pieces are created in limited quantities or as one-of-a-kind designs and are available on a first-come, first-served basis; they may not be restocked. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it; an item is secured only once your order is confirmed and paid.
  • As each garment is crafted with hand-finished detail, minor variations in embroidery, embellishment, or finish may occur. These are a natural characteristic of couture craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Placing an order on AYSHA COUTURE constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that we reasonably believe were placed using automated tools (bots), duplicate accounts, or in violation of any per-customer purchase limits stated on the product page.
  • Bespoke, made-to-order, and made-to-measure pieces are confirmed only once full payment (or any deposit stated at the time of order) is received, and are subject to the production timelines communicated at confirmation.
  • You must provide accurate payment information and are responsible for all charges incurred through your account.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
  • Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
  • Bespoke, made-to-order, customised, and personalised pieces are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Please refer to our full Returns & Exchange Policy available on the Site for complete details, including conditions, non-returnable items, and shipping deductions.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on AYSHA COUTURE — including our name, wordmark, monogram, logos, graphics, designs, product artwork, photography, and text — is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AYSHA COUTURE is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or its services.

9. Changes to Terms
AYSHA COUTURE reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

10. Legal Jurisdiction
AYSHA COUTURE maintains the https://ayshacouture.ae website. The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and local UAE law governs these Terms. All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in the U.A.E.

11. Payments and Compliance

  • Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED are accepted.
  • We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries as per UAE law.
  • Customers must retain transaction records and comply with all merchant policies.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their account information.
