Shipping policy
At AYSHA COUTURE, every creation is prepared with the care and attention it deserves. Please review the following guidelines for our shipping and delivery process.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after full payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on your delivery destination and the shipping method you select. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
3. United Arab Emirates

4. GCC

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. They may vary depending on your location and courier delays.
5. Duties, Taxes & Customs
Orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing may also extend delivery times beyond our estimates.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Please note that tracking information may take a few hours to update after dispatch.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. AYSHA COUTURE is not responsible for undeliverable orders or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions depending on your location. Any limitations will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
9. Delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Some routes may occasionally experience delays outside our control.
